Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

Lutec Solutions GmbH, Wettersteinstr. 1, 82024 Taufkirchen, Germany, legal@lutec-solutions.com. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. The waitlist

Swiping works without an account, and your swipes stay in your browser. The full report is not open yet. If you save your spot or ask for your result by email, we process your email address, who you were styling (for example "boyfriend"), the style name of your result, which button you tapped, the campaign name from the link you followed (for example "tiktok"), and the time you confirmed. We first send you one email with a confirmation link. Only when you tap it do we add you to the list and, if you asked for it, send your result. We use the address for two purposes: your result, if you asked for it, and one email when full reports open. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or by writing to legal@lutec-solutions.com. If you never confirm, the address is not added to the list.

We send these emails through Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany), our processor under Art. 28 GDPR, which stores the list on servers in the EU. Brevo's privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy. We delete the list when Lookswipe opens and the invites are sent, or at the latest 12 months after you signed up.

3. Analytics (Umami)

We count page views and button taps with Umami, open-source software we run ourselves on servers in the EU. Umami sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no profiles. Your email address is never sent to Umami. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in anonymous visitor numbers (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit, the server briefly processes your IP address, the time and the page requested to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA). To use any of these rights, write to legal@lutec-solutions.com.
